Founded and led by Dr. S. M. Abinaya, Advocate at the Madras High Court, SMART Foundation has grown into a nationally recognised organisation trusted by government bodies, CSR partners and communities alike. Flagship programme

The first interactive rehabilitation hub in Stanley Medical College and Hospital.

Inaugurated on 28 March 2026 at the District Early Intervention Centre, Government Stanley Medical College, the iFIT Hub uses iWall, iFloor, iCore and iTrack systems to build attention, balance, gait and cognition in children with multiple disabilities.

On 6 February 2026, SMART Foundation served freshly cooked rice meals to orphaned and abandoned children at the Government Children Home for Boys, Ranipet District, part of our commitment to nutrition as the foundation of every other opportunity.
